If 0 starts was an option I’d hit that they are not even worth one star. Literally the worst insurance company I’ve been been with, cancelled the insurance without notice even after providing all the necessary documentation. Didn’t even know they cancelled it untill I called to ask about why the rate was so high even after taking a driver off to be told oh we can give you more info in three days. They didn’t even know why they cancelled it! I’ve still been paying over 400$ !! They still take the money but don’t provide insurance? What is that???

Worst Insurance can’t recommend. Our car was stolen on June 1,2024. They said after 10 days they will give us the settlement. Now, August 24, 2024 and still didn’t have it. The worst thing is, this Insurance accusing us that we send our car back home which is so ridiculous accusation. We came to this country to do such things? How dare you!!

I was dreading calling after the app told me I couldn't complete my request without calling. But I was so happy with the call. The Representative was friendly, I could understand her and was super fast about adding another insured to the policy. Great service!

Good luck trying get a hold of someone there. Customer service is non existent!!... Chat is a robot and phones are over an hour wait times.... So if you have no life, you can expect to be on the phone waiting for about 2 hours.... Good luck folks! Im sure there will be a response to this with the same "we are experiencing higher than expected volume" blah blah blah....

Been with BelairDirect for a long time, never had issues, rates are alwasy the best and just in general never had any issues. Claims I have made were always a fairly easy process and I cannot complain about the service provided from BelairDirect.
