My experience here has been great so far. The team specially Tien who is my assigned adjuster has been phenomenal to work with. Extremely helpful and took time explaining each part of the process. My car is still under repairing stage, however, so far it’s been a very smooth process.
I had two separate accidents one with each 2 cars I have been insured with for 11 years. I took my cars to their body shops. left one for a month and the next for 3 months. I was told the cars were repaired. When I picked them up, I noticed that they were not completely repaired. They had said in papers that their warranty and customer satisfaction are their top priorities but that's all in papers. I have been following up with them since Feb 2022 on both cars and up-to-date, they have not helped me with a fix. Their best solution is to take them to a body shop of my choice, pay for them and if they see it fit, they will cover me after. I have two crippled cars left unfixed where they told me the damages were from before. None of my 2 cars had ever been into any accidents before. They are not providing any evidences on their analogy. I am wondering why I am paying insurance if I have to fix my cars myself. What happened to a decent customer service, customer is always right policy and not until satisfaction is reached? Is TD insurance turning into a scam now? I wouldn't recommend any car owners to fall for those sweet promises. Take your money elsewhere giving it to a company that cares about their services. Don't make my mistake. Anything is better than this.
Definitely don't go here. I did two repairs there. And they didn't fix it right and forgot to install the parts. The lady at the front desk claimed I lost the part after the repair without any photo proof that it was installed correctly in the first place. And I had to put it through my dealership to prove that they didn't fix the other part correctly. The lady at the front desk is not compassionate about your problem and very defensive about the shop. Find your own shop. Or at least TD should switch the body shop to work with.
I have a very bad experience with this body shop. they repair my car but damaged another part. when I told the staff they accepted to repair it without cost but when I followed up. the general manager didn't accept. without showing me any right proof he just kept repeating that the damage was there when you brought the car. So I talked to my claim adjuster and he escalate my file. right now I am waiting for the next step.
Well, not sure how anyone can be happy here. 3 months to repair car, 10 estimated dates for completion gone by. Shop worker hung up on me when I said what is going on! New parts ordered every month instead of in advance, once is fine, but 3 times? Do not let TD use their shop for repairs..... trust me.
