I've dealt with several insurance companies in my life, and this one is by far the worst. They promised to reimburse me for my rental car, but once I signed the vehicle value document, they ceaseed communication with me. Send an email telling them you do not want to renew your policy. Report to the local news media if you have to. File multiple complaints with government regulatory bodies. This is what I did. Never agree to their settlement until you've conducted thorough research, because their report will value your vehicle really low. VERY LOW. Always remember that you do not have to agree to their offers. This company is really bad. I've dealt with several insurance companies in my life, and this one is by far the worst.

I have been a satisfied customer of this company for a number of years. I value the level of services they provide in the time of need. I would like to thank all the employees specially Emma Bjerno who recently helped me a lot when my vehicle was damaged due to collision. Thanks

If I could leave minus 1,000 stars i would, dont deal with this scammers they are horrible they charge you an additional percent for your loan which is unbelievably unfair they are not making them money and then they will send you some letters with some payments don't pay them they are scammers!!!!!!!!!!

Worst worst experience of our life with this company. We gave them notice a month in advance for the cancellation of our policy. Despite that they keep sending us renewal letters and payments details and deducting payments from our account . I have spent 5-7 hours on customer service line to sort of our refund , yet not resolved- the only excuse they have for their flaws is “this is company policy”. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS ITS NOT WORTH. THEY ARE NOT CONCERNED ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY MONEY. worst worst insurance company - do not deserve a single star. Despite of so many bads reviews - they do not even try to improve themselves.

Terrible customer service. Sameena is a “claim professional” who refused to answer any of my questions throughout the process and took weeks to answer my email*S*. Then when I asked why I was being ignored, she couldn’t even bother to reply. Very unprofessional, not impressed, will not recommend anyone to use this company or their “claim specialists”. If your manager is reading this, you should show them the email thread.
