I recently transferred both my home and car insurance to McLean & Dickie and the process went smoothly and I saved money! The help I received was exceptional, very timely and all my questions were answered in full. I highly recommend McLean & Dickie for anyone that is shopping for car and/or house insurance. Thank you to Wendy and Angela!

M & D new automated system gives quick access to my account and it's policies, however I do miss the interaction with my broker that the one on one visits provided - which explained the policies in a simpler manner, easier to understand.

Kim's service was quick, efficient and offered several different price points for my insurance needs. I highly recommend McLean and Dickey!

Rates vary, like all insurance, but I would recommend Mclean & Dickey for their excellent customer service and the very helpful people that work there.

I chose McLean and Dickey as my insurance broker a few years back because they were local and offered me a decent premium. I was also told that they would assist me when it came to claims and that their customers mattered more than their insurance providers. But when I filed a claim in 2022 with Peel Mutual Insurance - the provider that was recommended to me by McLean & Dickey, I was cheated, scammed and mistreated by the insurance company. Also, my claim information was entered incorrectly by Peel, which prevented me from purchasing insurance from a new provider. While I don't blame McLean & Dickey for this totally, I learned they were inclined to supporting the insurance company rather than me. When I was offered a new premium, they recommended the same insurance company again, with double the premium. I was definitely not happy about this. Why go to a broker like this when you can get better deals online? Seems like, at the end of the day, insurance is a scam anyway!
