I inquired about additional coverage on one of my marine policies to add cost of new electronics. I spoke with Nicole, Account Executive who explained the process in detail and within 3 days the additional coverage was completed. Nicole was very professional, with her knowledge of the insurance business, truly understood my request and made it happen. She is very customer focused with excellent professional customer service skills.I have been with MD Marine for 16 years and plan on staying with them for another 16 years. I filled out request for quote online in the evening and was contacted within an hour by Sabrina. Filled out and submitted the application for Seadoo insurance and was approved within an hour.
