Co-operators - Lina Valadao Insurance Agency Inc 218 Centre St N

Very frustrated. 10+ years with them for ALL of my insurance. Jenna was great but she is no longer with co-operators. Can't get an answer via email anymore. When I call, I'm on hold for over 30 min at time and have to call back several times to talk to someone. It's next to impossible to get a straight answer when I do get through. No one is dedicated to my account anymore. Awful service and yes, I'm frustrated.

Had auto insurance for 3 years with them, no claims, never missed a payment. They raised my premium by more and more every year without reason. When I wanted an answer to why, I had to make a phone call apt with Lexi. 10 mins before the apt I get a call saying "all our systems are down, we'll have to reschedule, can't do anything. Customer service line won't be able to either because they are on the same system. Also if you want to cancel you'll be charged short rate fee." Seemed very convenient timing as I was just talking to someone around 9am that same day and systems were fine plus it was my renewal period and making me wait would've cost me money. Anywho, I called the customer service line who cancelled my insurance same day and cost me nothing. These guys need to brush up on their own policies before threatening to charge short rate fees during a renewal period.

I Cant say enough positive and good things about lexi and Hayleigh always go above and beyond to help out and always take the time to answer my questions with out a rush all I can say everyone who works there is amazing at what they do and deserve a solid 6 stars if there was an option

Just wanted to leave a quick review because it is nice to be able to speak with someone that is available and willing to help with situations that arise especially in the insurance industry . Jenna at the Co-operators is that person . Helped me through a situation with ease and put my worries to rest. Absolutely great person to deal with if you are looking for an Agent . Thank you Jenna
