He was available on a weekend and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to ensure we understood everything that was communicated and made sure to clear our doubts and answered any questions my husband and I had. Then he was very efficient in providing us with our policy on very short notice. He is dedicated to top not, excellent service and I feel like family working with him. My experience with this broker was deeply disappointing, and I would advise anyone to avoid this brokerage. It’s surprising that a reputable company like Intact would be associated with such an immature and unprofessional operation. Despite my efforts to maintain a friendly approach, I was met with an egocentric attitude, focused more on proving himself right than addressing my concerns. When I attempted to renew my policy, I called, emailed, and left multiple messages, only to be ignored. It wasn’t until I called from a different number that he finally picked up, dismissively attributing the issue to his assistant, as if my efforts to contact him were an inconvenience. A reality check is in order—you’re a broker, not a multimillion-dollar CEO.

Zag insurance assists me with my insurance concerns and finds the cheapest, most cost effective one for me. Their point person, Janet, is very knowledgable with what she does and explains all details in a way that is easy to understand. Highly recommend to get your insurance needs with Zag company!
