I usually never leave a bad review unless I have had extremely bad customer service. We have spoken to atleast 6-7 insurance company and never had this experience. Talking to Orbit agent Terry was the worst customer service experience we ever had with any company!! Terry was extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. The reviews are bad yet we approached them as government workers under PSAC have discounts. But for such behavior, we would rather pay more. It is very unfortunate. Not only we will never deal with them but also will spread the experience with friends and family. I will inform my union PSAC too. Management, kindly listen to the call recording with Terry from Thursday morning, May 30th. Thank you.

I'm a client. Nobody answers the phone, afters hours of waiting. Their call-back feature doesn't work, nobody calls you back. Frustrating! Gave 1-star only because google wouldn't let me put zero stars.

Orbit insurance has been the worst company ive ever had to deal with. I had been with AGR for 10 years with no issues what so ever, I had simply wanted to cancel my home insurance, it took me 5 calls back and fourth with them as every single person I dealt with said something different. They ended up getting the cancellation date wrong in the end which i had to call back once again for them to change. I will be cancelling all my policies with this broker as clearly they do not know what they're doing.

Stay clear. The customer service has gone way down. Previously, you would be sent a courtesy reminder notice that you have a payment due. Now you don't, and staff pretty much try to argue with you when you say you are seriously considering moving your business elsewhere. When it comes to time to renew they should automatically review your policy and see if you can get a better rate with another company. You shouldn't have to ask for this, it is good customer service. I am seriously considering going elsewhere and paying more to get way better service.

I switched over to Orbits insurance last fall (sept 2023) as I got a way better rate quoted by them then my previous insurance company was offering (2 cars and a house... saved 800$/year). Aviva Traders changed the rate after I had accepted the quote and charged me a few hundred more by saying the quoting system had malfunctionned. My Orbits advisor ( Christine ) did great work. She was unable to get Aviva to honor the quoted price but got Orbits to cut me a check for the difference. Great service in a world where you see less and less of it! Sorry I did not write the review earlier!
