I first contacted this Desjardins Insurance Agent regarding car insurance, and spoke with Hailey. She was very helpful and gave me great information, even though I was just doing preliminary investigations. I went back to them later, because of her wonderful service, and was assisted by Lucas, who was equally wonderful. He helped me all the way through to the finalization of my insurance, and then, because his service was so wonderful I also moved my home insurance over.

All the staffs are very friendly and efficient. I bought a new car last week, when I called and asked for the difference of the premium I had to pay for my new car, I got the answer right away. As soon as I knew the VIN of my new car, I called the office; surprisingly, Lucas sent me the Confirmation of Insurance and the Pink slips by email in less than an hour.
