I had the worst service from this company that I've had in a long time. My emails were unanswered for days and weeks and required me to follow up on multiple occasions. I asked to cancel a policy and was still being charged the same premium amount for two months despite not even owning a property during that time. I asked to change accounts that my payments were coming from and it wasn't actioned until I noticed the next month's payment still came from the same account and complained. I was seeking home insurance and everything was actioned without consulting me on the policy options or costs. It was assigned to me. They insured the wrong property twice and I'm still not even sure if the correct property is listed in the coverage yet. There are many many more errors that showed a serious lack of professionalism from this company, but I think I've made my case. I'll be dropping this broker as soon as I'm able.

Have been a customer of Trigon for 30+ years from back when they were called Insurance Service Solutions. Service has plummeted. On a recent claim they repeatedly ignored me, took weeks to respond, did not advocate for me in any meaningful way, left me without a safe working vehicle for seven months. When I tried to communicate they called me names. When I told them I wanted to cancel my policies they didn’t even try to convince me to stay. Bad taste overall, very poorly run office, unprofessional staff and management. Your hard earned money should not go to these people.
