I am not impressed. I cancelled my policy 1 month before my renewal as I was moving closer to work so less kms driving and adding tenants insurance and they were more expensive than any other place I called. In fact, the company I went with told me I was the 4th person to switch from Dejardins that day. I noticed on the app a payment which was twice what I normally pay. When I reached out to the person I had been speaking to she told me I didn’t have to pay that since I cancelled and was getting money back. I find out later that she is new and the payment is coming out still. Mistakes happen I get it but right before Christmas. I have been with this company for half my life and have a perfect driving record. I needed to keep my costs down and this is the thanks I get. Merry Christmas to you guys too. I had trouble with them years ago too with a renewal. I should have switched then. Lesson learned you have lost a client for life and will share my experience with anyone I know looking to switch companies.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They lie to your face, don't pick up the phone or return phone calls. They say one price then charge you more. These people shouldn't be allowed to be in business

Rude people on the phone, been with them for 5+ years and I am done after this call.

Kitchener office is AMAZING and in fact even my kids used to love going when they were small just cuz they were so kind to everyone that came through their office, after moving to owen sound i quickly realized that the owen sound office is nothing like the Kitchener one...after asking several times to cancel my plan they just kept changing me...i had no choice to pay it or I wouldn’t even get insurance anywhere again...thank goodness I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS SAVED.

It took a bit of time to understand my estate requirements, but in the end, all is good.
