Called the other day for a letter of reference for a new employer. The letter was written an emailed directly to my new employer that day. Personal service always done in a timely fashion.
Staff were friendly atleast. A close friend recommended Sheila as a broker and I did speak to her about a quote for insurance, but received no call back. No further contact via email or any means. Really disappointing, but I guess they just didn't want my business.
Top notch service every time I call. Absolutely no reason to compare with others, as the team at Chatsworth insurance has always excelled for me .
