I've never had such a bad experience with an insurance company. Elizabeth is the only nice lady, I feel sorry she has to work with such incompetent people. I have recorded my calls with them and have evidence of others blatantly lying to me. My policy was $4,000 for the year. About 2 weeks later they had changed my policy to $12,000 a year and said if i cant afford it I must pay 13% ($1500) of the new updated policy to cancel. After I spoke with more people they agreed to only charge me for the 20 days of service i had and will reimburse the rest. They don't return my voice messages and it has been 2 month without receiving a penny. What they did is fraudulent and immoral business practice. I would have consulted with a lawyer if I wasn't in the process of moving to the other side of the country. Ultimately I would strongly suggest not to use this company.
