Thank you, Finnegan Insurance. We called in last week to make a change on our auto policy. When reviewing our policy, our Broker noted a rating change that had been overlooked by the insurance company which will result in saving us considerable $$. This is why everyone (bold and underlined) should have a Broker. Understanding the rules - of which there are oh-so-many, seeing the detail, taking the time and truly representing the client to the company...it is worth so much more than just 'the price'. It is not taken for granted and greatly appreciated.

With Finnegan's you only ever get to watch your insurance go up. You will never see it go down. Ever. Even if they tell you it should go down it never will. In 3 years all it has done is go up up up. That's with a clean driving record, getting my full G license, maintaining a clean drivers record and going to college. It has done nothing but go up. Time and time again. Also they use Travelers Insurance which is notorious for being on the low end off the spectrum of insurances. Also if anybody ever hits you, this insurance company will always say it is your fault and they will never help you. I'm actually unsure why I give them money other than legally I have too I guess. They never really seem to do anything. I will say though that Lisa Jarbeau is a very nice insurance agent and she has been very pleasant to have as an insurance agent. If the actual insurance was decent, this would have easily been a 5 star review because Lisa is a good insurance agent. Wish they went with a better carrier.

Other than being a little slow in communication response time, this company gets my top recommendation for trying, and finding, the best insurance coverage for special scenarios...in my case, an off- grid tiny cabin. Eight other brokers either declined, did not get back to me or quoted 2 or 3 times the premium amount!

After dealing with the same insurance company for 13 years and receiving poor service, I decided to try an independent insurance broker recommended by a friend. I have nothing but good things to say about the switch and there is no going back to any of the big insurance companies. Finnegan Insurance Brokers saved me more than $500/annum and I have better and more insurance for all of my vehicles and home. Highly recommend!

got insurance threw them and told them i wanted a rental and they didnt even click the box so im now at home lossing money because i cant get to work useless company
