Customer service is disgusting called them for quote said I would be called back. After weeks of waiting I called back to follow up receptionist had little want to help but finally got her to forward me to answering machine to guy that was suppose to call me back left message once again no call back called a couple weeks later to complain. Reception kept saying I have no idea what your talking about can't imagine what would happen if they were your broker and u needed to adjust or claim etc

Great small-town environment the staff are amazing and efficient. Their rates are competitive and it's nice to deal with a person face-to-face as opposed to over the phone.
