I have never left a bad review, until now. I would definitely not recommend Northbridge. I have been a client since January and am yet to receive any correspondence that you would expect such as payment schedule, insurance cards and copy of my policy documents. Have called twice, left voicemail back in early April, as well as sent an email and have gotten no response. Does not give me very much confidence in there abilities in the case of an emergency where I really do need them.

I’ve been trying to contact someone from Northbridge Insurance for weeks now in regards to an experience letter, I’ve left numerous voicemails, left a detailed email many times for the letter of experience which they say to do in their automated message via phone. Horrible customer service as it’s been weeks with no response. I sent this back in June, it’s been almost a month now. I call daily right at 8:30 when Northbridge opens and everyday it says that all customer representatives are busy. Really at 8:30 ? I leave a detailed voice mail as requested and nobody returns my call. * UPDATE been almost 2 weeks since I wrote the review above, still no one has contacted me via email or phone call. I really someone reads this and doesn’t give this unprofessional company business. If they aren’t benefiting from something they don’t care.

Absolutely appalled by your customer service. I have been a client and paid a small fortune to your company over the years. Only to have you decline us for insurance upon our purchase of our new home because our mortgage is private. I will not hesitate to tell everybody I know how awful your company treats long-standing customers. Our household has a home, 2 vehicles, 4 ATV’s, 4 Snowmobiles and a boat. You just lost a lot of business by your own choice. 0/10 recommend The only reason you’re getting one star is because I cannot post it without Giving this company at least one.

This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with in my life. It actually deserves a zero star. They are a bunch of crooks and will do everything and anything to try to get out of a claim. They should actually be sued by everyone they have ripped off. They love to take peoples money but when it comes time to reimbursing a claim they will make every excuse possible. Myself and my attorneys handling my situation were in contact with them for many years and multiple adjusters asking and saying different things. We were misled and throughout our communication never was the appropriate information ever given to us by all these adjusters. At the end they just closed my file and pretty much told me to screw off….terrible service so becareful!!!

Have nothing but praise for my Claims Adjuster, Kenneth, and the ease in which this claim went through. I am very impressed and happy I went ahead with the additional tack insurance.
