Wouldn’t even attempt to assist me in my unique situation (housefire and lost my husband in said fire). I was told, quite frankly and without compassion, I “would not be able to secure any insurance given a claim ‘against’ me” - completely false info I found out. I ended up having to pay an enormous premium but did get insurance to get my four children and I a home to start rebuilding our life - no help from this company and they could have likely negotiated a better rate for me but it seems my case was “too much” to warrant any attention or assistance. Would not recommend.
Very negative experience with Tim Rice. Failed to keep my home covered on an account of technicality, was unresponsive in emergency, and did not want to speak on the phone. Left me fully exposed with no insurance in the mid of winter - thanks for that. Very dissapointed and would not recommend.
