When I explained my predicament, Brian immediately connected me with one of his expert insurance agents to handle my complicated home and auto coverage. Amy Ryan acted quickly and was detailed, knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. I got the coverage I required!!!

My sister in law was in hospital earlier this year and when we checked her policy (with a competitor) we were concerned about her coverage. I wasn’t certain what the policy said about vacancy. I called the company band they refused to talk to me about it citing privacy, even though the conditions were part of every homeowner policy they issued. I called Brian (just by chance) and asked if he could explain it to me. He spent quite a while on the phone with me and was able to put our minds at ease. When my sister in law came home her policy was switched over to Brian and he and his staff made the transition simple. Policy was issued and we won’t look back. Never even compared the prices. Bought my 1st car ever. I called and spoke to Amy. She was wonderful and helped me. I didn't know what I had to do.
