Great customer service. Everything completed in a timely fashion. I was able to get a much more reasonable rate with Co operators. Overall positive experience and would recommend to anyone looking for great insurance services.

Absolute, total incompetence. Setup an auto policy with this office and was told the only thing necessary to instate the policy was cancelling my existing policy(other company). Immediately after i cancelled, i was told that they required extensive documentation of my records with my old insurer, in addition to new safety certificates for both vehicles.... how do you suppose im gonna do any of that now that i have NO existing insurance based on your direct instructions?!?!??! . Now im stranded at home trying to get different car insurance yet again....what a JOKE !!!!

These folks are good people. They are good at their job, they are friendly and helpful. I can't really say enough how much I appreciate their service. I was with a big discount insurance company and was treated pretty badly - would be hard to be treated more like a number and less like a human. Switched to cooperators and was treated fantastic - I mean, they really went above and beyond - and I ended up saving me money, which kind of shocked me. I'm a happy camper.

When I got my car insurance; they told me it's only 3 dollars extra for home insurance but when I got my paper works back it was written as 34 dollars.

I've been with Cooperators for years. Need to update my policy, however there is no contact information on the website for email. Makes no sense.
