Good priced fully comp policy for my heavily modified 4x4 don't require to use your NCB so switched that to my daily driver. Have two cars insured with them.

After over 12 years I had to cancel my policy On my 4 vehicles because my broker will not return calls or emails for over 20 days I even tried to switch brokers and what a surprise 3 days later and no reply from her either. I had to go to the office in person to cancel my policy and my broker did not even have the decency to deal with me in person she sat in her little office and another broker did the cancellation. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company. Emily Kretzman is the absolute worst broker and should not be employed she has zero personality or customer service skills and Dianne driscol in my opinion is not far behind.

Have been very pleased with FWO on home insurance, and car insurance. When my son turned 16yrs old, the FWO rep spent +60 minutes explaining how insurance works, and specific consequences of bad driving choices, and how to build a good rating of safe driving, etc. Very pleased.

Very disappointed in their customer relations (Christina). After 8 years I decided to get insurance elsewhere because their Inability to return phone calls and customer care is pretty much non existented.

Great rates, excellent customer service - Diane goes above and beyond.
