I was bounced by my own insurance company for having a small claim in 2020. 2020 should say it all. I shopped around for other coverage and discovered Shephanie Milton. While she was unable at that time to assist me with insurance she called me every year at my renewal time and we discussed my options. My main priorities were cost as I am retired on a fixed income. I had to go with the cheapest coverage. During that the four years we spoke we became friends and this year she was able to get me better insurance for less cost. I was thrilled. I can truly say that dealing with Steph is like having a family member in the business. While I'm currently in Florida I plan on taking Steph out for lunch when I get back. Great work.
