Always go over and above with whatever issue I've had with my insurance policies. I totally trust them with their advice. They are honest and always return my call in a timely manner. Great company and employees are friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them .

They were okay for a while but when we moved things changed. Of course we expected some change in price but our agent didn't seem motivated or interested in helping us get the best deal and the proper coverage. Communication became poor once they knew we were looking elsewhere. After dealing with the folks at Mike Harrington's office at Desjardins we realise what good customer service in insurance brokerage actually means. They're far better. We now have switched our home, auto, and business insurance to them.

Absolutely horrible company! We were quoted with one amount and then after waiting to hear when the payments would be taken from our account, we had to call them only to find out that the insurance doubled! And then they said it would go out on a certain date, a week later they call to inform us that it will go out 18 days earlier. Even though we told them a specific date of the month that works best for our budget. When speaking to the manager we were basically told it's not their problem. Currently looking for another insurance provider. Will never go to them again. Horrible at communicating with you, you have to hunt them down for information they were supposed to call you with. They dont know what they are doing there and dont care about the customer. I'm shocked they are even still in business. I dont know why I thought they would be okay when I knew how they treat employees there too... like garbage.

Ken Lacey is always great with his clients. Always patient while discussing policies, and if he doesn't have the answer, he finds it fast. One of the best insurance Reps I've ever met.

Denis was wonderful, very helpful to me as a first time driver getting my car on the road last winter. If I could work with him at a different agency I would! Every part of the presses on his end made sense and was easy. I'm giving it only 2 stars because due to only being able to work with certian companies I was placed with Economical and was charged twiceas much as what I pay for my insurance at Dejardins. Do your homework and bring some knowledge in here with you.
