Akanksha was great with her responsiveness, and the flexibility she showed to work with me in scheduling our calls based on my working hours was fabulous. Always had the courtesy to follow-up by a text message before calling, to ensure I was available. She was brilliant at explaining the differences between the two Super Visa insurance products she recommended for my parents and helped me pick the best possible one out of the two. This was my first time buying a Canadian Insurance Product and she made it as seamless as possible. I'll update this review once my parents' visa is granted. Gagan was helping me to get Travel insurance for my parents in-laws, she is so professional and friendly. As we had some concern about their flights regarding the Pilot Strikes, I called her office in last minute (Sat. after 8:00 pm) she was very helpful and give us the best options and issued the insurance policy for them.
