Do not use this place for insurance! They promised me accident forgiveness on a claim, then my rates more than tripled. Because of their mistake the insurance company dropped my ranking to its lowest level so I could not get affordable insurance anywhere.

Been with this insurance company for years and kyle is great for helping always getting me a good deal on my insurance policy. Other staff are great to if you are looking for a good insurance company look no further this is the place to go.

I canceled a policy and I was charged and they also put me in another one that I was charged for same period of time and same only car.

Hello insurance shoppers . Heres our story about how Wawanesa and Bardeau ((the agent) has ruined my family's life temporarily. My fiance had car insurance for 5 years with Wawenesa and when we sold a car to pay for a move we asked to put insurance back on our winter car. Wawenesa said there special rules wouldn't insure our other car which they had already insured 2 years earlier. So we excepted the bad news and paid our last payment and told them we cant afford another safety right now(moving) so we can't have insurance and they agreed we can't have insurance anymore. BUT they forgot to cancel my policy because my agent quit or was fired. Now Wawenesa and Bardeau say its too late to fix this mistake. I didnt notice until Blais Lawson and I got the car its safety 6 months later and was told because of this mistake we must pay a 270 penalty and my insurance payment goes from 100 per month to over 300 a month all because THEY forgot to cancel my policy? Wawenesa won't help you when a mistake is made they will screw you so bad that well now I have 3 cars and can't insure them. I'm walking for life because they didn't care that a mistake was made! My insurance was 100 per month and because of Ajax Bardeau or what ever these shady people just changed there name to now I'm looking at over 300 per month because of Bardeau.
