Friendly very helpful. Worker walked by one day told me if i brought my car plates in they exchange them because they were defective. Went in to get trailer plates and replace my defective plates. They were extremely helpful. Also had screwdriver so I could take the old plates off and put the new on. They are amazing

Great professionals, both Joe and Davine. I have been to 3 Service Ontario offices in a 24 hour period - Fonthill (they ask you to remain outside during a heat wave); Welland (did not know how to create a RIN and gave me the wrong advice, albeit very pleasant to deal with) and Port Colborne. Hands down worth the drive to the Port Colborne office. Very friendly, knowledgeable and they know their customers well. This office will be my go to despite the distance.

I have never been in and out of a service Canada faster in my life the two people working in there were also very nice unlike the ones in Hamilton

Our service Ontario location is handy, I'm not sure of the woman's name that served me but she was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable Had another experience with Service Ontario and this time i did get her name its Davine! she is amazing and very helpful!
