Incredible service! They took such good care of myself and my car after it got hit. They made the entire process so easy. I was weary going with another company outside of the dealership but I am SO happy that I did. Not only did they fix my car in half the estimated time, they detailed the entire interior of my car. I have a pug and they don't joke around with shedding. They must had hand picked out each hair as they tend to embed themselves into the fabric. This must have taken them so long to do and I am SO appreciative of this. You seriously have no idea how much stress this took away from me. My car looks, feels and smells brand new. It honestly looks better than it did before the accident lol. I will be recommending this body shop to anyone that will listen :)

The staff at intact is amazing. Thank you so much, Melissa. When you have someone try to steal your car and smash your glass. You're little upset and in a vulnerable place. These guys made me feel safe. I got my car back and everything was so smooth..

Very friendly staff , got car fixed there around may 20th to June 1st 2024 quality of paint job was amazing , was super satisfied with the whole experience . I had a few questions so i reached out by phone and a gentleman named Tim helped me understand the whole process answered all of my questions woth complete respect , my vehicle turned out PERFECT. Overall my experience with this shop was just great , our family HIGHLY RECOMMENDS this shop .

By far the most friendly, professional, and welcoming service centre I have ever been too. Not only are Melissa and the staff above and beyond, but my car repair was extremely quick and done very well. Great start to the holidays!!! Thank you!!!
