Had a wonderful experience dealing with Rudy Ditella at Youngs. My policy was up for renewal and he noticed that I was paying far too much for what I was getting and assisted me in finding something more affordable for tenant’s insurance. A pleasure to speak to and very straightforward. Have been with Youngs for years, and any time I have an issue, whoever I speak to is able to make it right.

My experience with YIB in St Catherines has been great. Kelly Thompson is the GOAT! Once, I accidentally bothered her during her lunch break and she still sent me my pink slip. Another time, I was in a bit of a jam and needed a "confirmation of insurance" form sent to have my car released to me. I sent out an email to request this, but I was not expecting a reply. Not only did she reply, she got it done! This was after work hours as well! Talk about dedication. My rental coverage is expiring and this helped ensure that I get into a car before I ended up on the bus. I hope Kelly's boss reads this and gives her a raise. Thanks again!

Beware of this agency. They are only good in taking your money. Been with them for 10 years and it has really gone down the drain with their customer service and knowledge. Most of their representatives leave them after a year and its always new hires who know nothing about insurance. They will never return calls or reply to emails. There also fake five star reviews on google with fake accounts who have only reviewed them. Read the reviews before signing up

I'm finally getting some free time to return the favour. Richard Nagel is the most crooked insurance agent I've ever dealt with. Working with this agency and him cost me tens of thousands of dollars over 3 years when I was a young entrepreneur trying to support my family. They are malicious, crooked and liars.
