Horrible company to deal with. I have been insured with them since I got my license back in 2010, got my own policy in 2015 also with McConville. Every time I get a new vehicle (3 now) it is nothing but a hassle and difficult to get pricing and to get the policy changed over. I called on Tuesday, they took my info, I was told they were busy and I would get a price the next day. I called the next day, got a voicemail so I left the info again so I could set a delivery date with my dealer. I got a voicemail back saying "I don't know what to tell you, we don't have a price. Get the vehicle and let us know the date and we will switch the policy". How unprofessional!! Any time I have to deal with this company I am made to feel like they don't care about me or my business. Same thing happened a year and a half ago with my home insurance. Got the runaround from the agent no calls or emails back and I ended up switching to a different broker that is absolutely amazing and so easy to deal with! Needless to say I am switching car insurance now as well. Horrible unprofessional place to deal with.

Absolutely the very worst Insurance Broker to have ever dealt with. Highly incompetent! Our property Insurance with Aviva was renewed with not one, but two different brokers. The other renewal was with SelectPath. Who we have no clue who they were or how they got our personal information. We spoke with Jeanette who came to a fascinating conclusion, it must be a mistake. The people at SelectPath came to the same conclusion too. One would think living in a cancel culture society, that SelectPath fix the mistake with a cancellation endorsement. This never happened. We had two property policies with two different brokers and different accounting regarding the premium. It’s more alarming to us how SelectPath even got our private information and had a policy in our names. It’s no mistake and if it were, it was never corrected. Wonder who was paying the premium on that policy, as it never canceled for non-payment to dissolve the policy. It never happened. Our auto policy was a train wreck as well. Nothing was correct, changes constantly being made without consent and a total failure to rectify those changes with Jeanette. They never answered our emails and if they returned our calls was a miracle. They refused to add me as a Named Insured on our auto policy when I purchased my new car. The car & loan were solely in my name. The car was stolen and not only are we out our car, Aviva refused to pay any claim due to underwriting and the lien has not been satisfied. The car is currently in Ohio and the Police are investigating this matter in an ongoing investigation. We also learned subsequently to our placement of our policies with a new insurance company, that our policies with Aviva were allegedly canceled. We received no such cancellation letters and received our Aviva renewals from McConville. This was after we had canceled our policies with Aviva directly. We also made sure we placed our new policies well in advance of our renewal date with Aviva. But McConville sent our renewals out when apparently Aviva had allegedly canceled all of our insurance policies. In addition, the only cancellation letters we received was from McConville Insurance themselves, removing themselves as broker? This was during a policy term and the Insurance Act prohibits any such practice without the assignment of another broker to be named. But McConville continued to send our renewals, but we were allegedly canceled by Aviva and McConville. We have no clue what the hell they were doing and doing so at their own discretion with our identities. How professional! We are no longer with these people and are questioning any legitimacy of the policies we had with McConville Insurance. Its highly relevant that our identities were inappropriately used without consent and our privacy seriously violated. We have suffered financial damages, our insurance record seriously fragmented all as a result of this highly unprofessional organization. Stay Away! Our identities have been tarnished enough by this experience with McConville and are not posting this in our legal name for our confidentiality.

I have been with McConville Omni Insurance Brokers for years. I have always got good service, prices, and friendly staff. Lately I had numerous changes that were both challenging and urgent. What makes a good company are great people like Melissa Teves! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and timely! She never rushed the complicated situations and got the job done on time. Melissa returned all my phone calls and emails quickly. Thank you Melissa for all your help and making purchasing insurance enjoyable!

I purchased home insurance through McConville Omni as a first time home buyer. Amanda was wonderful to deal with, very responsive to messages and emails and always friendly. She met my tight timeline with no issue and made sure I was getting the best coverage for the best price. I will continue to contact Amanda for future insurance needs and will recommend her to family and friends.

Amanda was wonderful to work with, she was very quick and organized, she went over and beyond to help us with a tight time line! (Partners renewal was the next day at other insurance). Amanda went above and beyond our expectations and treated us like we were family finding us the best rate. I look forward to working with her again soon when our home insurance is for up renewal (different place) and having everything in one place!
