I've been with them for 5 years or more, no issues... I noticed my rates were going up for no reason, so I called and asked questions on why and how my rates when up... 1- I was told to lower my house coverage to get cheaper rates by $58 a year....( thats somwhere around $4 less a month.......... 2- I have two dodge rams on my policy and because other people trucks get stolen my rates when up... and on top of that Scott was VERY RUDE!! I was in the middle of a conversation asking about where all the numbers came from and he said " I HAVE TO GO NOW ITS URGENT I CALL YOU BACK! and hung up the phone not ONCE but TWICE... after that experience I told him I wanted to cancel everything! I'm switching insurance companys and he asked who it was so he could say nothing but bad things about them. (THATS VERY PROFESSIONAL) in the end i ended up paying over $1100 to cancel. I simply asked can i get a break down of my last payment... something doesnt make sence to me.. I had to call head office to get the answers I was looking for because he couldn't "explain" over the phone its to complicated.. HORRIBLE service and I will never be back or suggest you to anybody.

Total garbage customer service, called about getting a policy and pretty much was told how much work it would be for them. GO with SquareOne insurance, within 15 minutes i had a policy that was 25% cheaper ! oh and they were courteous and appreciated my business

Very rude service!!!!!!! Worse insurance company I've ever dealt with will NEVER EVER get insurance here again. Beware of this company!!
