My first review was 11 months ago. Today I'm updating to say I'm even more pleased with my service. I recently purchased a new car and had Ginette do all the paperwork for me. I gave her the date of pickup and then found out I could get the car sooner so had to change the insurance info. She changed everything within the hour and had the info sent to me so I could go get my new car. She definitely went above and beyond.

Would highly recommend. I dealt with cystal to set up my atv policy she was very nice and made my experience very pleasant.

One star is too many! Felt completely hung out to dry. We had an issue with the insurance company and did not receive a heads up or a warning from Reith's associate. He was too busy preparing for and concerned about his time off then to contact a client to offer any help!

Reith were the only company that we could meet with face to face and their courtesy, efficiency and clarity explaining and answering our questions was outstanding.
