My partner and I have been waiting for two hours just to get our passport done so we can go on a trip while we are seeing people walk in and get helped right away. With my understanding it should not take long to do our passports and yet we wait two hours. This should not be a ‘priority’ first it is not a hospital no o e is in dire need to sit and talk like come on

I do not recommend doing your passport at this location. First attempt for verification is a week after the mail out date. I did the Mail in process years ago and the timeline is much faster. Almost at the 2 month mark and no passports.

I did passport renewal and application here the wait wasn't to long and the service was great! Thanks to Kyle he seemed very kind and helpful!
