The guy at the counter wasn't a lot of help, he didn't explain the packages very well, and had no clue what the RV package ACTUALLY covered. I ended out getting a membership anyways, but not thanks to his help.

Very happy dealing with Sandra for my home and auto insurance needs. I was in the process of selling and buying multiple vehicles in a short time span and bombarded her with questions and requests for quotes and she always got back to me promptly and politely. She was also very great to deal with when it came to answering my questions about different levels of coverage and I would recommend her to anytime looking for insurance.

I went to get my passport picture. I realize that it would be a mug shot but it was worst than that. I ask if I could retake it and was told that I had to pay again...no thank you, especially not by that guy (wish I would of ask his name)

Had Kyler come and do a tow on my truck . Exceptional service and knowledgeable. Very nice man . Treatment was top notch
