I went to Chad after waiting for a month for confirmation of a policy with a different Brokerage. Chad had a certificate of insurance to me within a day, and the policy arrived in my mailbox in less than 2 weeks. He is patient, kind, and explained my policy in very easy to understand language. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

We went to Chad for insurance of home , Auto and also for investment ideas .. He has wide knowledge of insurance and investment..He made us understand very nicely regarding investment in current market ...Anybody looking for insurance or investment you can 100 % trust Chad .

Never dealt with Chad just a couple staff members. I've inquired about a few things in the last few years and nothing was easy...trying to help my kids and they're not interested. Over priced, outrageous figures, and when I mentioned about switching insurance companies and saving 150 to 200 a month else where they want to charge me 600 hundred dollars for canceling policy 4 months early. Trust me...seek another insurance company you'll get better rates.
