After being insured for 2 years and not missing a payment, making a claim, or receiving a ticket. I received an email saying that they were no longer going to renew my policy. After talking to the honestly very kind sales reps I was told that the underwriters "made an exception" last year. And that despite not having any claims or tickets while insured by them, the ones that were already on my record when did the original application we all of a sudden an issue. Long story short: While the sales team is incredible you have no guarantee with the underwriters or the company that you will be insured and that they will refuse to renew your policy for whatever reason. STAY FAR WAY! THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON!
