Co-operators - ARC Insurance & Financial Services Inc 3473 Kingston Rd

My insurance rates went up drastically with a competing company despite no claims or tickets so I contacted Adele at the Co-operators to see if they would beat the rates. Not only were Adele and Sam super fast at responding, but they also managed to get me reduced rates by about $100 a month. They were courteous, professional, and prompt. Definitely recommend their team!

I opened my trucking company using cooperators as my insurance. Anytime I needed some assistathey were always punctual and very fast respond. I am very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anybody needing business insurance.

Sharing my one and only Claim experience I had till now unfortunately it was with cooperators, I was assigned a adjuster but when I am trying to reach him he is not answering my call and when I tried to reach customer executives they just ignore the call and tell that it is the work of claims department and they cannot reach them internally or there is no way other then to call or wait for the call, so if they do not call back the customer for a year does it mean the customer have to wait for a year , what a joke . Please don’t go with this insurance company until and unless you have lots of free time maybe 6 months to claim a insurance. And for connecting to any agent maybe 24- 48 hrs . What a good customer experience I got after staying with this company for more than 2 years. No point of showing your customer loyalty for this companies especially insurance companies that too CO-OPERATORS.!!!!!!!!!!

We are dealing with this company and they are one of the worst. Not they do not have their clients best interest. The amount of stress they have put us under is tremendous. We were involved in a collision. NO FAULT. We were driven into!!! Imagine the stress of that on top of dealing with this insurance company. Our car is 'totaled' because it's 08. It's still drivable with a cosmetic damage. This insurance company wants to pay us $4000 to settle. What car can I buy for $4000?? We've gone back and forth with this company as we have rebuilt our transmission and they refuse to acknowledge that. They are not sending us any comparable cars that we can buy for $4000. Duh..There are no cars for that price. We sent the adjuster Tyson many comparables but apparently they aren't good enough. Tyson sent us 3 vehicles that aren't even our car model but we have to accept that they are comparable. We've done our research as suggested and according to our math, our vehicle with rebuilt transmission is $8,000-$10,000. We're not asking for a brand new car, we're asking for a fair settlement so we can get a SAFE vehicle. If you are reading this as the company you can reach out to your adjuster Tyson and let him know his service is terrible and his offer is ridiculous and inhumane. We have to take our kids to school and karate classes and can only imagine the stress of figuring that out while we wait for an unjust settlement This is my experience with this company and so far it is terrible. Edit to add a resolution, after this review the company reached out to us and offered a different adjuster. Low and behold she settled on $6800 for our car. We took the offer as we cannot argue anymore. We are still insured with them and ironically their website quoted us $130/ month but once we got our bill it's $176/month. Will be switching when I can.
