This was my regretful decision to start my car insurance with this company TD Insurance. Since start misleading information provided to me by every single agent along with Managers. Looks like they’re running a freak show. I end up loosing money because they’re modern robbers. If you have hard earn money then never choose this company.
Worst insurance company out there, they never withdraw the correct amount from my account and they never take the payment on the day i set it to be taken, they always take it 2 to 5 days later. Which leaves the customer in the dark and not know whats going on this company is very unprofessional for such a big name brand. very disappointed I DONT RECOMMEND TD INSURANCE TO ANYONE. DESJARDINS FOR THE BETTER SERVICE
Same the case with me my monthly insurance is 251 what they said online for my last 2 months they have deducted more than 1000$ and changed 3 policies number. WORST POLICY I HAVE EVER SEEN
