Ms. Moldaver is my family's Insurance Adviser. She always responds in a pleasant & timely manner, & has supported my family on a variety of issues such as changing coverage on bikes, and acquiring a refund on coverage after selling a property. Additionally, Walter Roberts, now Westland, has been my family’s insurance agency since the early 1980s. My grown children use its services. Every WR agent with whom we’ve connected promptly, courteously and comprehensively addressed our concerns, in conjunction with Intact Insurance, which has provided excellent service and quick payment for claims for which my family had coverage, including a fire. Insurance is not cheap, so occasionally I call around to compare prices. I’ve yet to be convinced that any minor differences, if they exist, would compensate for the relatively hassle-free and valuable service my family has received.
