Their communication is terrible. Insurance is very tedious and communication is important. My broker and his colleagues do not know how to communicate, they do not know how to update people in terms of account information. There has been multiple occasions in 2020 and recently this month where I had to call multiple times, send emails for someone to contact me so I can get a peace of mind on my account as to what is happening since my renewal date is approaching soon. I hate calling a company that doesn’t Answer my calls or email.

Months ago I reached out to Youngs Insurance Toronto to ask them about their rates. Irma has been very helpful and responded to me with a quote within a few minutes. Getting insurance has always been a task I prefer not doing and postponing, but the people at Youngs Insurance made it very manageable and easy. I've been referring them to friends and family since.

Asked 3 different brokers for a quote. Young's Insurance gave me the most comprehensive one, and even spent half an hour explaining the details over the phone. I have no problem being repeat customer and recommending them to friends and family.
