Don’t waste your time trying to get through to anyone on the phone. Insurance increased substantially and the agent on duty isn’t helpful.

Would give 0 if I could. Today, on phone waiting for 50 minutes. First,machine, all info given, then transferred to a person that never answered. *222 says not in order. BEYOND FRUSTRATED. NEED TOW!

Condescending and rude! My husband got photos done for his passport, but they were denied at the Hamilton passport office due to them not date stamping them correctly. He had to go and get new ones taken in Hamilton at a cost of $28. When I called to let them know and just to give a heads up that this happened all she could say over and over again is that has never happened before. I didn't ask to be reimbursed I just wanted to let them know but instead of a simple sorry, Thanks for letting us know she said "that's never happened before". Well guess what, there's a first for everything.

Horrible Signed up for the same day service for the sole purpose of delivering a battery The “agent” failed to state that in small towns like simcoe , they’ll take your money and the tow truck driver can tell you that they should have told you that’s not available The manager at the store was dismissive and rude By the way SOS towing was awesome and professional I’ll go right to the source than supporting a bad predatory business practise if you “can have free service , but because you need it before well active your account.and we’ve taken your money there’s another $75 charge
