We have been dealing with Mallory for 7 yrs with Irene..amazing person was very helpful. We have all our business insurances and personal and our older son went to them 3 yrs ago..all our ins are almost 1800 per month. My son got his G license last yr..he is 31.. lived in Killarney was paying over 245 month...last ticket was 2018..his insurance last month went down finally to 140..well back up to 245 because he moved back to barrie. We deal now with Laurie ..WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. She said he did not call about his G license( which he did cause I was there) she said me and my son have to sit down and talk..my son said she had to count out to make sure 2018 to 2023 was over the 3 yrs. I am currently researching other insurance companies. If it was Irene it would have been a different outcome. I have never been so upset. They are taking advantage

Mallory Insurance is everything I look for in an insurance broker. They are professional, have excellent rates, are extremely knowledgable and most importantly, a very friendly group of people. After almost FIFTY years, they could not care less about us! Their policy is obviously say no first and hope you just go away. They sell you to the highest bidder and never stand up for you. Loyalty was costing us a LOT. New insurance agency is costing us one third less! Look around people!
