Tanya has worked with me to always find me a great package. She is fast, efficient, approachable and has excellent follow up. I have never waited to hear back from her. She is great to work with via email and phone and I have not had a better insurance experience to date.

I emailed Melissa late Friday morning when I noticed that a withdrawal had been made on my credit card by an insurance company. Within minutes, she responded. Every time I had a question she answered very quickly. She continually followed up over several days and was very gracious when it was discovered that I had forgotten that I had authorized the withdrawal.
