Have been working with Kristin for a couple of months now. Kristin assisted me earlier this year when I renewed my home and car insurance. More recently she's helped with numerous enquires relating to a house move. Kristin continues to always go above and beyond in any interaction - explaining the process in layman’s terms and then sending a clear email outlining any conversation. Patience is her "middle" name :) The whole move process and the last month have probably been the most stressful period of my life and I’ve moved a few times! I’ve been able to rest assured in the confidence that Kristin has my back and is looking out for my best interests at all times. Kudos and appreciation to Kristin for all her considerable efforts. Initially was happy with service but having a hard time getting in touch. Insurance auto-renewed yesterday but I've been waiting for a call back for over a week to get updated quote due to life changes. Same thing last year - never did get a callback. Tried calling today, no answer. Now I'm shopping for new broker. I have no time to chase down an unresponsive broker. Do better please.
