From the minute I contacted Sarah's office for a quote, I was met with prompt service and professionalism. Both Marisa and Britney supported me, and got me an amazing price on auto insurance, and even made sure the policy was all set up on a Friday afternoon -when we ended up picking the new vehicle up earlier than planned! The whole process was so easy! I can't say enough about Sarah and her team!

If zero stars was an option, I would have invoked that option. After losing my husband at the age of 25, I have had nothing but problems with Sarah Kirby Desjardins Insurance. To start, they had the audacity to send me a quote for life insurance after having notified them of my husband’s death. They made changes to my policy without my authorization which has now cost me hundreds of dollars. They denied me coverage which has now cost me thousands of dollars. They have not shown the slightest ounce of sympathy or remorse for what they have done. I feel completely disrespected and let down with their service. I am filling a complaint with their corporate office (after requesting the phone number multiple times, it was finally released to me). And I plan on filing a complaint with the GIO and insurance regulator. I am only putting this information out to prevent anyone else from experiencing what I have. I will never recommend Sarah Kirby Desjardins Insurance to anyone.

Wonderful staff. So friendly, I've been with them for 4 years since I got my license, just recently bought my first motorcycle and the rate they give with their drive and ride discount is unbeatable. 1000% recommend them to everyone.
