I've never been in an accident. They made me feel like they were my family. Answered all my questions. Call. Me to see how I was doing. Nobody does that anymore. If anybody out there reads this. I I am not an actor i'm a real hard working person. Who Had the pleasure of being treated Wonderful. You will not find a better insurance company. From getting to a rental to getting my car in a shop. They did it all.

Right from the get go they were very supportive and understanding I was a bit rattled after the accident. They were quick to get my claim processing and very quick to get me in touch with adjuster The process of actually getting my car fixed was Seamless as well they quickly found me a repair shop and a rental company I missed no days of work And They were constantly in touch with me during the whole process. We had an unfortunate incident involving a toilet which resulted in my making a claim on our AVIVA home insurance policy. AVIVA responded promptly and we had an adjuster on site within 1 business day, and a 3 option proposal to repair the damages within a couple of days. Because we were slow in making up our minds, the adjuster followed up with us and responded immediately once we knew what we wanted to do. Overall, we were very happy with being able to pick from 3 options to effect the repairs, as well as the quality and the speed of service from AVIVA.

My car was sideswiped in a parking lot. There was damage from front to rear tire on the driver side. Aviva answered my call quickly and provided all the information I needed to get my car repaired. Carstar, the repair shop, did an amazing job. My car looks like new!
