I am sorry I cannot give a higher mark, because Kyle's service was absolutely amazing. We had been with other insurance for 45 years, and our premium kept going up and up. A friend recommended Tradition Mutual Insurance. Kyle got in touch with me on a Monday, and by Friday, the day before the renewal with my other insurance, we signed the contract and was able to cancel the other. Also saved a good chunk of money.

I have had home insurance with Tradition through Jim Stacey for almost 8 years and have never had any issues, great premiums and service. Highly recommend. Update- just switched and bundled my car insurance with Tradition Mutual ended up getting covered for more than previous insurance(Belair) covered and saving roughly $10 a month for double the coverage. Excellent service and local.

I've dealt with Elizabeth and Kyle for at least a little while now, and they are extremely friendly, efficient, professional and considerate. Had to deal with alot of policy changes when my mother passed and they made that whole process easy. Cannot recommend them enough.
