I cancelled my motorhome insurance September 2023. The company continuous to take the monthly payments out of my back account. Contacted Theresa on several occasions just for her to call me back one time. Company is still taking their monthly fee. I'm very frustrated as this should have not happened in the first place and All Risks doesn't want to help fix this situation.
The guy never answers or returns our calls and our insurance keeps going up. I started shopping around for a company.
Terrible service. Never answer calls or return emails. It’s a huge pain to have to deal with them
I have called, emailed and left messages multiple times. I rarely get a call back and when I try to call to ask questions, I always get redirected to someone who is never there. Poor customer service.
Didnt even call me back after I put in a quote ended up going with a different company
