The worst insurance broker, stay away from them. They gave me the worst rates for renewal, almost twice as costly as what I got from others. When I wanted to cancel my renewal, my agent Tina Currie cut me off, did not want to take my request and redirected me to her office, after waiting for a week and follow ups they sent me the cancellation form, I signed it over 2 weeks ahead of renewal, yet they renewed the plan and unnecessarily charged me. Their excuse is they are busy, running behind schedules, almost 4 weeks of notice was not enough to cancel a policy renewal?

I can't rave enough about this brokerage. Goli helped me reduce my premium considerably! I don't know how she did it, since my old brokerage was constantly just raising my premium yearly... She's a fantastic broker!
