The gentleman who dealt with my claims Rob Dyer was well experienced and made this whole experience much less stressful as he clearly knew what he was doing!. Overall would recommend this buisness.

Takes 5 business days to do 30 mins of administrative work. But did technically get the job done (after many follow ups and asking about the status of an urgent policy change request). Can’t deal directly with the insurance company bc I went through a broker - wouldn’t have bothered in hindsight. Just created another barrier to productivity.

I had the pleasure to be assisted by Shane Piotras. As a startup, we wanted to get a quote for full coverage for our courier business. Shane was hard to get a hold of and It took 8 days to get a quote. And here is his quote: “It is difficult for us to obtain an official quote as of now because you haven’t decided on your business operations as of yet. A preliminary/ball park quote for Commercial general liability would be upwards of $10,000. As for the Motor Cargo Insurance that would be an additional $2,000. Lastly, The Commercial Automobile would be roughly $3,000 - $4,000.” Instead of working with me to understand my business more he quoted over the top for everything I asked for. I have found much cheaper alternatives than his quotation. It was a terrible experience.

I've spent 2 weeks trying to get my car switched from parking insurance back to full coverage. I've inquired multiple times with only vague responses back. Have been doing this switch with my car for 8 years, never had a problem. This was the latest mishap, and I am currently looking for another provider. Had no problem with Rivet before they got bought out. If I could post a 0 star I would
