Paul Ayotte Insurance Brokers Ltd. 1788 Regent St

Vicky is a terrible broker and Paul Ayotte is awful. Speaking from my own experience When your insurance renews you are suppose to get 30 days notice we got one week so LATE NOTICE. We got a email from our broker saying they will not be renewing our policy and that they cancelled our insurance so we panicked and had to find a new insurance provider and being first time home owners this was all so nerve racking, so we finally found someone for insurance switched over went through all of that work witch had to involve our 92 year old grandfather running around for things we get a email from our old broker saying oh never mind we are renewing with you witch we did not see right away and our new broker was away from office so then told them we had already switched over so we did not answer them right away until 6 days later telling them we already switched and then they slam us with a cancelation fee of over $300 when we never even signed or agreed to renew with them AFTER THEY CANCELED US so how is this fair or right?

With COVID happening we can't just drop into the office ex pay insurance or add a item.The girls are fast in answering the phones especially when leaving a message .Call backs and emails are answered in a timely matter.
