I am the owner of Peerless Janitorial in Sarnia, Ontario. My Cooperators agent is Kathy Emerson (1117 Lakeshore Rd). She is professional, has excellent customer service, quick response time and she really cares about her job. I would highly recommend her.

Stay far away from this place. They will make changes to your policy with you knowledge, in hopes that you will not notice. When you cancel because of it they will lie as to the reason for you canceling. Make sure you have your phone set to record if you chose to deal with this place. It really went downhill (off a cliff) once Bryan Joyce left. The location will make a nice womans clothing boutique some day.

We were looking for a new company with the purchase of our New cars. Mandy & Crystal were so helpful and accommodating. Working with us and the dealership to make things easier. Fairly certain they even worked from home to make it happen for us.

This agency is a hopeless representation of customer service. My experience based a 5 year relationship, (5k + annually) is abysmal, and very disheartening. Despite a competitive landscape, this agency doesn't meet the benchmark. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

This agency has gone through some changes recently, the new agent and staff are doing an excellent job.
